66016 I lick it!

• One evening, the PC’s were in the Moonstone Mask. They are given a sphere-like container made from Moonstone by Midnight, one of three Priestesses of Selune.
• The Moonstone Container can hold something very important. It can only be opened by the person who closed it. Deekin stores a doughnut in it.
• Valkar, Zaldar’s drunk Thiefling butler, comes to the group. Traders are on the Moonstone Mask, while it is resupplying via a docked airship, that wish to trade with the “proprietors of the Moonstone Mask”. The group decides to meet these traders
• The traders, Nano an augmented human, Nifty the space Halfling and Shredder the Lizardfolk, ar offering various items: A painting, a statue of Eilistrae and pieces of a broken Runeblade. All items are clearly stolen.
• Hacklor sneaks in behind the traders, trying to find more information about them. She finds that Nifty has stolen the Moonstone Container
• Hacklor is caught trying to steal back the Moonstone Container. A battle ensues. Nano and Nifty are thrown of the Moonstone Mask, Shredder is killed.
• In between the loot is an old, rusted vice. In between it is a drop of black goo. It falls on the ground and is then missing. Deekin licks the residue on the vice and immediately regrets it.
• That night, Zaldar awakens to find a 3 drops of black goo, that merge into one drop. Then it vanishes. Zaldar looks for it in the halls, but cannot find it.
• Jaonos awakens to find a 3 drops of black goo, that merge into one drop. Then it vanishes. Jaonos looks for it in the halls, but cannot find it.
• Hacklor and Deekin hear people walking in the halls, they meet up with Zaldar and Jaonos and investigate the drops of goo together.
• They trace it to the room for one of the Moonstone Mask serving girls, who has shockingly nice quarters. In the room the find the drop has formed a humanoid creature.
• The humanoid creatures attacks by stealing powers and forming new “creatures” from its appendages. While difficult, the creature is defeated.
• Again, the blak drop of goo escapes, this time towards the Shard of Selûne
• While entering and climbing the temple, the PCs find Midnight, Twilight and Dawn on the floor, each being drained of their powers by the newly-formed humanoid goo creature.
• After a hard and difficult battle, the goo creature is again defeated. Deekin captures it by using the Moonstone Container
• Deekin converses with the creature;
  • it attacked thinking that the PCs were the same creature as the traders, who tried to hurt it.
  • Its homeward was destroyed by the Thran.
  • The Thran are searching for their homeworld
